DutyManager and DutyManager Free were developed by, owned and maintained by Baudouin MARBACH ("DutyManager's developper").
It is the policy of DutyManager's developper to respect your privacy, and the privacy of all users of our applications. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) has been established to help you understand commitment to protecting your privacy, and the steps we take to ensure it.
For purposes of the Policy, “Application” refers to DutyManager or DutyManager Pro. Application also includes any Application updates and upgrades that baudbox may provide to you or make available to you.
By installing, using or accessing the application, you hereby accept the policy without qualification. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use or access the Application, and delete it from the device on which the Application was installed (the “Device”).

Application does not gather any of your personal information while you are using the Application. If certain information is collected, it will only be used for technical reasons like users support for example, with the agreement of those users prior this collect.
Moreover, DutyManager's developper does not sell any information regarding its Application users.
Each setup done by the Application's users are hosted only on the local device where Application is installed.
Where you have downloaded the Application, DutyManager's developper may automatically collect certain information using third-party programs to help us understand how our users install or uninstall the Application, but none of this information identifies you personally. DutyManager's developper use Google Analytics to collect such information.
The following is a complete listing and description of what functions on the Device are accessed and / or modified by the Application. Unless otherwise indicated, the permission applies to both DutyManager and DutyManager Free:
Used to capture popup message for short code query and check if phone number set is same as list entry
Used to auto dial and set automaticaly call forwarding
Used to read and trigger action on keywords in text message, and to send text when duty starts
Used to read and trigger action on keyword in calendar description
Used to write to the USB storage and / or SD card for debug logging
Used to test if phone is connected on wifi or mobile for calendar synchronization and text message status report
Run at startup. Monitor calendar event for triggering at device start up
Used to prevent the Device from going to sleep to ensure continuous calendar monitoring
